The machine is mainly used in apparel sector crimp and stereotypes of special equipment. After several improvements after the test has become a relatively mature product easy to operate, replacing the previous manual processing, greatly improving production efficiency and yield.

We totally have model ZY-217, ZY-416, ZY-516, ZY-616, ZY-816 fabric pleating machine.

►217D model is the most functional machine and possible to equipped with computer and pneumatic system, and it is fixed with the most knife types. To produce bamboo leaf pattern, box pleat pattern, side pleat pattern, wave pleat pattern individually, users just need change knife to achieve it.
►416 model pleats single vertical pattern, which is called by toothstick pleat. It is fixed with only steel belt and steel comb.
►516D model pleats accordion but is merely applicable for sun-ray fabric piece / panel.
